and served in various capacities among which were Secretary, Lagos State Road Safety Corporation; Secretary, Lagos State Ferry Service Corporation; Joint Secretary to the Lagos State Executive Council and the Executive Secretary, Land Use and Allocation Committee.

In addition, he was the Private Secretary to Governors Okhai Mike Akhigbe, Raji Alagbe Rasaki and Sir Michael Agbolade Otedola respectively.  Prince Ogunlewe was elevated to the prestigious position of Permanent Secretary on 2^nd February 2001 and had served in the defunct Post-Primary Teaching Service Commission; Public Service Office; Civil Service Commission, Parastatal Monitoring Office and Ministry of Establishments and Training, his point of call, before his appointment as Head of Service on 21^st May, 2010.

A thorough bred technocrat, Prince Ogunlewe introduced the computerization of records of land allocation on scheme-by-scheme basis in Lagos State. He also facilitated the preparation of an omnibus seniority list at the then Post-Primary Teaching Service Commission to avert supersession, particularly in appointment into duty posts and initiated the processes that resulted in the setting up of the Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria (IPAN), Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) and Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria (CIPSMN). He is also a Patron of the Association for the Eradication of Corruption in Nigeria (ASSERCORN).

Prince Ogunlewe holds a B.Sc. in Sociology and a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Public Administration, both from the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University.  He is happily married to Adenike Ogunlewe and blessed with children.  He loves walking, reading and listening to music.

Victoria Egunjobi began her medical career with the Military Hospital, Ikoyi where she worked as a House Officer.  Her long career with the Lagos State Ministry of Health began in 2004 and she has since worked in a variety of capacities.  Her tenure with the Ministry of Health have included her roles as: Knowledge Management Focal Person; Secretary of the Health Research Committee; Verification Officer for the State’s Births & Deaths Registry; Health Management Information System (HMIS) Officer and Medical Officer, Planning Division at the Directorate of Planning, Research and Statistics; and, most recently, as Malaria Control Officer at the Directorate of Disease Control.

An Alumnus of the Lagos Business School, she holds a Masters Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, where she earlier obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication. She also has a Post- graduate Diploma in Public Relations from the University of London. A member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Public Relations Consultants of Nigeria (PRCAN) and International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) she has attended many international conferences, seminars and courses in Marketing Communications, which she brings to bear in the organization.  She is a Certified Trainer by the Centre for Management Development (CMD).

His career spans more than 30 years in corporate finance, project accounting, investment portfolio management, joint venture financing, capital assets oversight and investor relations. These are complemented by numerous international courses from Cambridge to Oxford.

He began his career at the University of Lagos as a Graduate Assistant before joining NNPC in 1983 as a treasury accountant. In 1986, he moved to Nigerian Gas Company Limited where he spent 18 years as accountant in various gas projects including Imo-River/Aba Gas Supply Project, Alakiri/Onne Gas Supply Project, Escravos/Lagos Gas pipeline project, Obigbo/Afam Gas Supply Project. He rose through the ranks to become Finance Manager, CFO in 2004.

In 2005, he left Nigerian Gas Company Limited for NNPC London office where he served at different times as Finance Manager and Acting General Manager, NNPC London Office, before proceeding to NNPC Pension Fund Limited in 2012 as the General Manager, Finance, where he managed an investment and assets portfolio worth N270 billion.   In 2013, Solomon was appointed General Manager, Finance, of Nigeria LNG Limited. He is currently the Group General Manager Finance (LNG). He is happily married with children.

Charles’s career began in 1981 at the University of Lagos where he worked as a Graduate Assistant.  His early career includes short stints at Gapses & Co Ltd, Lagos in 1984, and the Federal Ministry of Education, Lagos in 1985.

Charles long career with WAEC also began in 1985.  He has since assumed many positions at the organization including the following: Asst.  Registrar 11, Asst. Registrar 1, Senior Asst. Registrar 11, Senior Asst. Registrar 1, Principal Asst. Registrar, Deputy Registrar, and Senior Deputy Registrar.

Charles has published several Academic Papers.  He is a member of the Governing Board of the Nigerian Educational Research and Development Council and a member of the National Council on Education.

He has a B.Sc. and a M.Sc. in Psychology from The University of Lagos.  Charles loves reading, music and football.  He is happily married with children 

Prior to beginning his OOUTH career in 2006, he, at various times between 2004 and 2006, worked as a Medical Officer with New Life Pediatric Clinic in Sagamu, and the Pediatric Unit of the State Hospital in Ijebu Ode.

His extensive public health experience includes consultancy assignments as Health System Strengthening Expert with the USAID funded Malaria Action Programme for States (MAPS); National Training Consultant (Malaria Case Management) with the DFID funded Malaria Consortium/Support to National Malaria Programme (SuNMaP); Facilitator, Malaria Case Management Training, for the Global Fund/Society for Family Health (SFH)/Nigerian Institute for Medical Research.

Dr. Sofola-Orukotan’s research portfolio includes involvement in an ongoing study of Acute Severe Morbidity of Severely Injured Patients at the Orthopedic Department of OOUTH; and CRASH-2, a research project coordinated by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in the United Kingdom.

He began his medical career as a House Officer with OOUTH in 2002.  He earned his MBBS (medical degree) from the University of Ibadan in 2001 and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) from Olabisi Onanbanjo University in 2007.
