Gboyega Fatimilehin

Gboyega Fatimilehin started his real estate career as a trainee surveyor. He rose through the

ranks of established and reputable firms as an estate surveyor until he co-founded Diya, Fatimilehin & Co., in 1983. The partners have since grown the company into a leading real estate development and valuation firm in Nigeria.

Mr. Fatimilehin sits on the board of many companies, including Locke International Consultancy Limited where he is the chairman of board. He is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University; a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (M.N.I.M.), the Institute of Directors (London), and a Senior Certified Valuer (SCV) of the International Real Estate Institute. Mr. Fatimilehin is married to Dr. (Mrs.) Mojisola Fatimilehin and they are blessed with four (4) children.

Public /Occupational Health. A graduate of the then University of Ife, Ile-Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Moji had her first work experience at the Military Hospital Yaba between 1983 and 1984 as a houseman.

She observed her year of service with Nigeria’s NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) in the employ of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Lagos where she later gained full-time employment as a Medical Officer in 1986. She rose to the position of Manager, Mosimi Medical Services with supervisory responsibilities for 104 permanent and contract staff. In this role she participated actively in rendering preventive and curative services to staff and their dependants and oversees NNPC’s Clinics in NGC (Nigerian Gas Company) Egbin and Ibadan; Ilorin PPMC (Petroleum and Pipelines Marketing Company) Depot Clinics; and Mosimi Housing Estate Clinic. She retired from her service with NNPC as General Manager of NNPC Clinics. Moji is the Chairman of the Quality Indicator/Quality Assurance Committee of the Medical Division of the NNPC where she has the responsibility of ensuring and maintaining quality in line with best practice in the Healthcare profession. She is also a member of the (SQHN) Society for Quality Health in Nigeria and SOHPON (Society of Occupational Health Physician of Nigeria). She earned a MPH (Master of Public Health) degree from University of Lagos in 1994 and obtained (PCOH) Postgraduate Certificate of Occupational Health from University of Aberdeen in the UK in 2002. She has also attended different relevant professional and administrative courses both abroad and locally. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Moji is also involved in rendering Community Service to Youths in communities where she works – she organizes Healthy Lifestyle Seminars to empower them to make informed choices on Drugs, Sex, Career, Food and Exercises.

– he joined in 2003 as an Intern in the Rotational programme in the FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities) Division and later rose to the position of Senior Associate /Analyst, Infrastructure and Structured Finance. He worked with Goldman Sachs until his appointment in 2010 as Special Adviser to Nigeria’s Minister of Finance. As Special Adviser to the Minister, Lanre was responsible for advising the Minister on capital markets, infrastructure development and the power sector. In this role, he worked on Nigeria’s debut benchmark USD500 million Eurobond in 2011 and on the establishment of the Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA).

He also represented the Minister and the Ministry of Finance in the creation of the master plan for the Nigerian power sector by the presidential Task Force on Power. Following his work with the Minister of Finance, Lanre worked briefly with Standard Chartered Bank as Director/Investment Manager, Debt Capital Markets of West Africa. He recently earned an M Phil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge and returned to Standard Chartered Bank as a Director/Senior Manager within the Client Solutions Team. Lanre is currently the Chief Operating Officer of ARIA (Africa Real Estate Investment & Asset Management) Lanre is an associate of the Nigeria Leadership Initiative. He is also a director of Locke International Consultancy; was formerly Chair of Imperial College Overseas Students Committee (OSC); and was a member of Imperial College Union Council.

Lanre had his early education at Corona School, Apapa, and thereafter at Kings College Lagos where he finished in the First Division. He proceeded to Wellington College, Crowthorne, UK for his GCE A Levels where he also finished with distinction.

He is an honours graduate of the prestigious Imperial College of London where he earned his M.Eng. in Chemical Engineering. Lanre enjoys reading and traveling.
