Prevention is the cornerstone of all malaria control efforts and therefore the collaborative effort must continue to ensure that this disease which claims so many lives is eliminated.
It is essential that we all continue to invest in malaria control so that the gains made so far would be sustained towards preventing further malaria deaths.
Strong leadership and commitment with management of control programmes all levels in the county is required to close the gaps towards ensuring malaria elimination in the country.
